Sterling, as a producer, has produced some of the annual shows of an important tradition that has been underway since 1909, and is done by an organization that world famous artist entertainer Harry Houdini was president of for approximately a decade.

The organization is called the Society of American Magicians, PA1

This organization started as an annual entertainment event in the year 19 0 9. That each year since, has been performed to large audiences and is known as Salute to Magic.
